How do I order the RoboRacer Core Kit from within India?

GST for customer-managed software setup and integration, or INR 628,000 + GST with Software Setup /
Technical Support. Flat-rate shipping to any destination within India is INR 4,500 + GST and is charged
separately.
How do I order from outside India?
Export orders go through the Ambimat online store at
orders.ambimat.com, reachable from the Rest of
the World button in the Order Now section. The complete kit is US$5,639, which does not include Software
Setup / Technical Support; international customers can purchase the RoboRacer Core Kit (With Tech
Support) for US$6,100. International shipping for a Core Kit-only order is charged separately at US$500
and covers shipping only; destination customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and related
destination charges are the buyer's responsibility. Quotations are supplied on FOB terms.
What is the price of the RoboRacer Core Kit, and what does it cover?
In India the Core Kit is INR 580,000 + GST, or INR 628,000 + GST with Software Setup / Technical
Support; the INR 48,000 difference is the price of that service. Internationally the complete kit is
US$5,639 or US$6100 with Software Setup/Technical Support. Shipping is separate: INR 4,500 + GST in
India, or US$500 internationally for a Core Kit-only order.
Every one of these prices is for the same complete physical kit and its major parts — NVIDIA Jetson Orin
Nano Super, VESC 6 MkIV, Hokuyo LiDAR, Traxxas Slash VXL 4x4 chassis, AE170 power distribution unit, MDF
base plate, 3S battery and charger. Software Setup / Technical Support — operating-system and ROS stack
setup, and 60 days of remote technical support — is included in the INR 628,000 + GST option. The
pricing section sets out every line item.
Can I source the chassis, battery and charger locally?
On international orders, the battery and charger cannot be shipped internationally due to shipping
restrictions and must be sourced locally by the customer. The Traxxas chassis may be supplied with the
kit or sourced locally, depending on the customer's preference and local availability. If the Traxxas
chassis is sourced locally, an optional discount of approximately US$464 applies, giving an indicative
international price of approximately US$5,175 before shipping. The discount is approximate and the final
quotation controls.
This is an optional configuration. The INR 580,000 price, the INR 628,000 price with Software Setup /
Technical Support, and the US$5,639 international price are all based on the complete kit configuration,
with the battery and charger sourced locally for international orders due to shipping restrictions.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Quantity, delivery country and city, whether the invoice is to an institution or an individual, your
target date, and any specific compute or sensor variant your work requires. Institutional buyers should
also say what their procurement process needs — a proforma invoice, a GST number on the quotation, or
supplier registration documents.
What technical support is included after delivery?
Where Software Setup / Technical Support is included, remote hardware and software technical support for
up to 60 days post delivery, to assist with deployment and setup. That covers bring-up questions such as
power-up, network access, ROS 2 topics and driver behaviour. Support requests go to
support@ambimat.com, and the
first-week diagnostics section of the
getting-started guide answers the most common ones directly.
Can Ambimat Electronics supply the power board on its own?
Yes. The AE170 power distribution unit can be ordered separately through the same Order Now routes. Its
design files — schematic, Gerber, DXF and bill of materials — are also
published as open source for teams that would rather manufacture
their own.
